DOL Final Rule Requires New FMLA Poster by March 8, 2013

Effective March 8, 2013, there are changes to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act
(FMLA) requirements. All employers covered by FMLA must display the updated
FMLA notice poster, “Employee Rights and Responsibilities under the Family and
Medical Leave Act” (WHD Publication 1420, revised February 2013), in a
conspicuous area easily visible to all employees and applicants for employment.
The poster summarizes the major provisions of the FMLA which include, in part,
the final rule related to military families and flight crews.  Click on the link below for more information.
